This 5th workshop of the "Higgs Hunting" series organized in Orsay on July 21-23, 2014 will discuss the developments of ongoing analyses, detailed studies of the new boson and possible deviations from Standard Model properties. Searches for additional bosons, prospects with future accelerators and recent theoretical developments will also be covered.
